MITU is committed to maintaining appropriate safety measures and preventing the exploitation, abuse, and endangerment of minors.
Protecting Users & Preventing Abuse
MITU does not tolerate activities involving the exploitation or abuse of children.
Prohibited Activities
Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
- Sexual exploitation of minors
- Grooming or solicitation of minors
- Sexualized content involving minors
- Child trafficking or exploitation
- Sharing, requesting, distributing, or promoting illegal content involving minors
- Any attempt to use MITU to facilitate abuse or exploitation of a child
Age Requirements
MITU is intended for adults aged 18 years or older. Users under the age of 18 are not permitted to create or maintain an account on MITU.
If MITU becomes aware that an account belongs to a minor, appropriate action may be taken, including removal of the account.
Reporting and Enforcement
MITU provides users with tools to report profiles, content, or behavior that may violate our safety standards.
Reports involving suspected child sexual exploitation or abuse are treated as high priority.
MITU may remove content, restrict accounts, suspend accounts, permanently terminate accounts, preserve relevant information where legally required, and cooperate with appropriate authorities when necessary.
Blocking and User Safety
Users can report or block other users when they encounter inappropriate, abusive, suspicious, or unsafe behavior.
MITU encourages users to immediately report behavior that may involve the exploitation, abuse, grooming, or endangerment of a minor.
Cooperation With Authorities
MITU complies with applicable child safety laws and regulations.
When required by applicable law, MITU will report suspected child sexual exploitation or abuse to the appropriate regional or national authorities and cooperate with lawful investigations.
Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)
MITU does not permit the creation, upload, storage, distribution, solicitation, or promotion of child sexual abuse material.
Any identified CSAM or related activity will be handled in accordance with applicable laws and MITU's safety procedures.
